Pole as a CEO of Philip Morris International

Philip Morris International with its revenue of 80 billion of dollars per year is one of the 50 world largest companies. Moreover, its sale is close to Facebook, Boeing or Walt Disney what confirmed last year profits of nearly 29 billion dollars.

PMI, which also owns brands such as L&M, Marlboro and IQOS has officially announced a change in a position of president in May 2021. For the first time this position will be held by Pole – Jacek Olczak.

New CEO comes from Lodz, and holds a Master of Economics from the University of Lodz. He has also worked nearly 27 years in various departments of the concern.

“I am honored to have a possibility of managing PMI. By cooperating with André Calantzopoulos (outgoing CEO of PMI) we created the conditions that allow us to realize our vision of a smoke-free world and even go beyond it.” – said Olczak talking to Money.pl.
