ATF 2019 TRAVEX – Exhibitors, Buyers and Media are gearing up

ATFTTG Events, secretariat of the 2019 TRAVEX component, has announced healthy participation rates across the board. “TTG’s impressive track record as the longest-running secretariat for ATF has seen renewed confidence in NTOs, organisations, and brands looking forward to be a part of ATF Viet Nam 2019. To date, we have received over 600 buyer applications worldwide and are close to hosting some 100 media partners,” cited TTG Asia Media Managing Director, Darren Ng.

The host committee Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) and TTG Events are currently in the process of sending confirmation invites to bona-fide buyers and media after strict validation. A total of 400 buyers and 100 media representatives will be fully hosted. More than 500 exhibiting organisations and brands from the 10 ASEAN States – Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Viet Nam – are expected to fill 2 levels of exhibition space in QNEPEC.

Confirmed exhibitor Tour East Group, SVP Sales & Marketing International, Chris Bailey is excited to expand their DMC services for the industry and deliver their personalised experiences for visitors to the region as well as promote MICE. “Tour East is committed to sustainable travel programming and management from its 14 operating countries. We also blend these activities with advanced technology tools to deliver business efficiencies to our industry partners.”

Buyer Agata Goscinska, CEO of Viventum s.c. Poland is especially interested in Viet Nam’s capabilities as a conference and incentive destination. “I have made valuable connections all over ASEAN but I am looking to make new ones and explore fresh ideas, attractions, and activities by experiencing Viet Nam first-hand at ATF 2019.”

Delegates can also look forward to experiencing the famous UNESCO world heritage site, Ha Long Bay, during preshow tours as well as other gems of the province during the post-show tours hosted by VNAT.
