Dnata group to furlough one in three UK Staff
Dnata Travel Group is to take advantage of the Government’s recently announced Job Retention Scheme and will furlough a third of its UK staff from April.
The scheme will allow the parent company of Gold Medal, Travel2, Travel Republic, Travelbag and Netflights to retain jobs for the future and the move revokes a previous announcement by the group that all staff take 10 days’ unpaid leave.
Those with ‘key specific operational functions essential to supporting agents and customers with bookings’ will be kept on but will take a temporary pay cut of between 20-30%.
