The President of the Italian Republic Mattarella has a New Year’s message and a message for the World Day of Peace for Pope Francis and the world.

Political responsibility for all citizens
The President, who had already greeted the Pope during his speech at the end of the year, assures to share in “full” the inspiration of the message to Pope Francis, who “clearly outlines the line of discrimination”
He explains: Between the figure of good political and degeneration of public action it’s leads by us, personally and collectively, to ensure that our work remains far from defaults, arbitrations, or instrumental contrapositions to become a bearer of cohabitation and peace, while opportunely reiterating that political responsibility is attributed to all citizens. Without whose involvement, it is not possible to build strong and vital democratic institutions “.
