Polish pasta restaurant in Dubai

Polish franchise Makarun, serving pasta on the go, opens the first shop in Dubai.

Makarun was established in 2012 and as of now there are 24 Makarun points in Poland. Moreover, one shop operates in shopping mall in Orange County, California.

Dubai point is the newest and coincidentally the biggest of Makarun stores. It covers about 160 meters square! It is located in the Palm mall, the center of the city.

The owners hope for a big revenue as its one of few less expensive restaurants in this part of the city. The franchise plans further expansion in the Middle East and North Africa. A part of this plan is adjusting the menu to local religious traditions. For example, carbonara will be served with beef instead of usual pork.
