Goa Roadshow, organized at the Novotel Hotel in Warsaw on the initiative of the Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC), captured the attention of Poland’s travel industry.
During the event, the diverse appeal of the region was highlighted—from sandy beaches and Portuguese architecture, through water sports, to culinary richness and music festivals. Organizers also emphasized the improving flight connections and the growing interest of Poles in exotic winter destinations.
A key part of the program was a session in which GTDC representatives discussed Goa’s potential for the 2024/2025 season. Talks focused on introducing new travel packages, creating attractive offers, and ensuring convenient transport options for Polish tourists. Behind the scenes, there was mention of a dynamic increase in inquiries about India, especially during the winter period, when Poles eagerly choose warmer destinations.
Participants had the opportunity to learn about the state’s cultural and natural wealth, while additional presentations showcased local culinary traditions and festivals. The greatest excitement came from stories about the famous beaches, bustling markets, and the unique blend of Hindu and Portuguese influences. Organizers stressed that with its well-developed infrastructure, Goa can meet the needs of tourists seeking both relaxation and thrilling adventures.
