Milan Bergamo Airport has reached a new milestone, surpassing 17 million passengers in 2024, compared to 16 million the previous year.
This achievement coincided with the Christmas holidays, highlighting the airport’s dynamic growth, led by Ryanair operations.
Giovanni Stanga, president of Sacbo, emphasized that this result is the outcome of vision, synergy, and adapting infrastructure to evolving needs. He also acknowledged the vital contributions of staff, authorities, and operators in ensuring efficiency and high-quality services, which were recognized in 2024.
The terminal expansion, including new check-in and security areas, is expected to further enhance passenger comfort and safety.
